Digital Products - No Refunds

All products and services offered by Side Quest Coders are digital products (browser extensions and software). Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds once a purchase has been made and the product has been delivered.

Why We Don't Offer Refunds

Digital products are delivered instantly upon purchase and cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense. Once you have access to the product, we cannot revoke that access in a way that would justify a refund.

Free Trials

Where applicable, we offer free trials or free versions of our extensions so you can test the product before making a purchase decision. We encourage all users to take advantage of these options.
